Our Story
A message from founder Craig Warren
As someone who is deafblind (blind and hearing impaired), I have been served by multiple nonprofits in the community who have helped make my life better. My partner and I both want to give back to those organizations and help them grow.
Part of my motivation for starting the business is that I have overcome many roadblocks due to my disability. I experience the web differently, since I use a screen reader, and so I know what makes tech inaccessible and how to fix it. So I hope to use my lived experience to make the web a more user-friendly place.
I've done this work for 6 years. At my last job, I exclusively worked with small nonprofits, and I really enjoyed the work. I've discovered that there aren't a lot of companies that really get the challenges nonprofits face. Since I had discovered a passion for working with these nonprofits, my spouse and I decided to launch Warren Consulting to be able to continue making a difference.
Meet the Team
Craig Warren
Co-Founder, Certified Salesforce Consultant
Craig Warren is a Salesforce Consultant and Accessibility Specialist for the nonprofit sector. Having worked in the tech industry for the last six years, Craig’s areas of expertise include improving the user experience for websites and mobile apps, Salesforce CRMs and third-party tools, and learning management systems.
Prior to his tech career, Craig was a music therapist working in the mental health care setting. Craig holds an MBA from University of the Pacific and has also obtained five Salesforce certifications.
In his spare time, Craig enjoys volunteering for a local organization serving the blind and visually impaired, learning about the latest assistive technology, attending conferences, traveling, brewing fancy coffee, and spending time with his wife Deanna and his dog Toffee.
Deanna Warren
Co-Founder
Deanna Warren is Warren Consulting’s financial officer and marketing manager.
Prior to Warren Consulting, Deanna has worked in many different fields from childcare to website development.
In their spare time, Deanna enjoys crafting of all sorts, playing games with their husband Craig and dog Toffee.
